Cheesy Goetta Rolls

Ingredients:
-4 slices of goetta, each slice cut in half
-cheese
-croissant dough

Here's a recipe your whole family will love. Our kids loved every bite of these cheesy goetta rolls! And, they are quick and easy to make too!

Directions:
Unroll the croissants, add in cheese and goetta, and roll or fold up the croissant dough to cover the goetta and cheese. Follow baking instructions on the croissant can.

 
 

Goetta Cornbread Bake

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups buttermilk corn meal mix
1 package Glier's goetta
4 oz cheese (shredded preferred)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Mix together all ingredients, except cheese and goetta. Pour half of the batter into a 13 inch pan, place grilled slices of goetta on top of the batter, then add cheese, and top everything with the other half of the batter. Bake for 30 minutes.

Goetta Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:
8 potatoes
3 Tbsp canola oil
2 sticks butter
1 lb Goetta
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup milk
2 tsp salt
sprinkle black pepper

You are missing out if you've never added Glier's Goetta crumbles to your twice-baked potatoes! Here's a simple side dish that is easy to make and the whole family will enjoy.


Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Wash potatoes and rub canola oil over them. Bake the potatoes for 1 hour.

Now preheat the oven to 350ºF. Cook the goetta and then mash it. In a large bowl, combine goetta, sour cream, and butter. Cut each potato in half and scrape out the insides into the bowl while leaving some potato around the edge of the skin (for support). Add in cheese, milk, salt, and pepper to the potato mixture and stir / mash. Put the mixture into each potato shell. Sprinkle some shredded cheese on top of each potato. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

Note: if you would like the potato mixture to be creamier, add another 1/4 cup sour cream to the mixture (in addition to the 3/4 cup). Chives on top of the potatoes when fully baked are optional.

Goetta Breakfast Wraps

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1-2 Goetta slices
2 flour tortilla wraps
milk
shredded cheese
salsa

These yummy breakfast wraps are the perfect Saturday morning breakfast! Add black beans, diced tomatoes, sour cream or whatever other toppings you enjoy! Be sure to tag us in your posts if you try this recipe out!

Directions:
Cook the goetta and then mash the goetta. In a bowl, scramble the eggs and a splash of milk. Mix the mashed goetta into the egg mixture. Cook the egg mixture and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Lay the cooked goetta and eggs on top of tortillas. Top the eggs with salsa and any other toppings you like. Wrap up the tortilla. Serve and enjoy!
