Goetta and Egg Avocado Bake

Ingredients:

1 Avocado

2 Slices Glier's Goetta

2 Medium Eggs

Salt & Pepper to Taste

This is the perfect breakfast or mid-day snack. Packed full of protein and healthy fats, and easy and simple to make!

Start with one avocado, split in half lengthwise. Remove the pit and scoop out some of the inside to fill the hole with an egg. We suggest using a large avocado and a medium egg for the best fit. If the whole egg doesn't fit, that's okay too! Bake in the oven at 425° for 15-20 minutes. We baked ours for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and add crispy goetta crumbles. 

Hot Goetta Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients:

2 Slices Bread

2 Thick Slices Hot Goetta

2 Eggs

2 Slices Pepperjack Cheese

Spice your breakfast up with this delicious Hot Goetta Breakfast Sandwich! It's simple to make and tastes delicious. Be sure to toast the bread up on both sides and let the cheese melt before you take it off the pan.

Goetta Stuffed Pancakes

Ingredients (Makes 3 Mega Pancakes):
1 1/2 cups pancake mix
3 Thick slices of preferred Glier's Goetta
1/2 cup maple syrup
Optional: A square of butter on top

The best of two worlds collide with this delicious Goetta Stuffed Pancake recipe!


Directions:
Fry your goetta crispy and be sure to flatten the goetta prior to it being fully cooked. This allows the goetta to fill up more space in the pancake. When your goetta is crispy, remove from the pan. Pour in the pancake mix, add a slice of flattened goetta, and pour more pancake mix on top to cover. Wait until the mix beings to bubble and flip. Plate the pancakes and add syrup and butter to the top.
