It's so easy to spice up a traditional goetta and egg breakfast with a few slices of a bell pepper!
Directions:
Slice pepper into rings. (Tip: Usually a smaller pepper better contains the full egg and goetta slice). Spray a pan and put the pepper rings onto it. Flatten a raw slice of goetta to fit the inside of one of the rings and lay it into the pepper. Crack two eggs in the other two rings. Fry evenly on each side until your eggs are done to your liking. Once everything is fully cooked, remove from heat, serve and enjoy!
