This light goetta treat is sure to be a summer favorite this year! This Fresh Goetta Bruschetta recipe is so simple to make and only takes about 10 minutes to make.
Start by slicing your bread into 3 thin slices. Combine your olive oil and garlic. Use half of the mixture to spread on both sides of each piece of bread. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Meanwhile, combine the remainder of the garlic and olive oil with 2 chopped Roma tomatoes and 4 basil leaves. Add salt and pepper. Once the bread is golden brown, remove from the oven and top with 1 slice of goetta. Use a fork to slightly mash the goetta to spread it over the whole piece of bread. Top with the tomato mixture. Serve and enjoy!
