Cheesy Goetta Stuffed Zucchini Boats

Ingredients:
1 Zucchini
1/2 cup Cream Cheese
1/3 cup Italian Cheese Blend
1/2 cup Glier's Goetta Crumbles
1/3 cup Fresh Chopped Spinach
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

You'll want to float away on these cheesy goetta stuffed zucchini boats!

Directions: Combine cooked goetta, cream cheese, spinach, seasonings, and half of the shredded cheese. Slice zucchini in half and scoop out most of the inside, leaving a boat to fill with the goetta stuffing. Fill with the stuffing and sprinkle the remainder of the cheese onto each boat. Bake in the oven at 375° for 12-15 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!

Cheesy Goetta Bombs

Ingredients:
Pizza Dough
Cheese Cubes
Glier's Goetta
(use as much as you need for how many you're making - we only made 4 for this recipe so we only used ~ 1/4 roll of goetta, 4 cheese cubes and 4 small balls of dough)
Optional: Olive oil & Shredded Cheese to top

Directions:
Prepare goetta crumbles by frying crispy goetta and mashing it down into crumbles. Flatten out balls of dough to be about the size of your hand or a bit larger. Place the flattened dough on your hand and add 1 cheese cube and a tablespoon of goetta to the inside. Pocket the dough together and form a ball shape. Top each ball with olive oil, shredded cheese, and leftover goetta crumbles. Bake in the oven at 400° for about 20 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!

Goetta Pizza

Ingredients:
Pizza Dough (can use frozen, store-bought or homemade, make sure it is enough to cover your pan)
3/4 Roll Glier's Goetta
3/4 Cup Mozzarella
1 cup Pizza Sauce

It's time for a pizza night!

Directions:
Fry and crumble your goetta. Roll out dough and poke with a fork all over to prepare for baking. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Remove crust from oven and add sauce, cheese and goetta crumbles as the topping. Place back into the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes. Slice, serve, and enjoy.

Glier's Goetta Shepherd's Pie Bites

Ingredients (makes 12 mini pies):
1 premade pie crust
12 tbsp mashed potatoes (can use homemade or premade)
1/4 cup frozen veggies (steam/microwave until warm)
1/3 cup Glier's Goetta crumbles
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Prepare goetta crumbles by frying goetta crispy and mashing it with a fork. Prepare pie crusts by letting crust thaw, cutting them into thumb-sized balls, and rolling them out. Lay each crust to cover the inside of the muffin tin, stab a few times with a fork and bake for about 15-20 mins, checking on them at the 10-minute mark. Once crusts are baked, layer in goetta crumbles and veggies. You may need to flatten the filling before adding a spoonful of mashed potatoes to the top of each. Sprinkle on shredded cheese and bake for another 10-12 minutes or until the pies are evenly heated and the cheese is melted.
