Goetta Bruschetta

3 Thin Slices Italian Bread or French Baguette

4 Fresh Basil Leaves

1/2 Tsp Chopped Garlic

2 Tbs Olive Oil

3 Slices Cooked Glier's Goetta

Salt & Pepper to Taste

This light goetta treat is sure to be a summer favorite this year! This Fresh Goetta Bruschetta recipe is so simple to make and only takes about 10 minutes to make.


Start by slicing your bread into 3 thin slices. Combine your olive oil and garlic. Use half of the mixture to spread on both sides of each piece of bread. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Meanwhile, combine the remainder of the garlic and olive oil with 2 chopped Roma tomatoes and 4 basil leaves. Add salt and pepper. Once the bread is golden brown, remove from the oven and top with 1 slice of goetta. Use a fork to slightly mash the goetta to spread it over the whole piece of bread. Top with the tomato mixture. Serve and enjoy!

German Style Brat with Glier's Goetta

1 Grilled Oktoberfest Brand Brat

1-2 Glier's Goetta Slices

1 Tsp Mustard

2 Tbsp Sauerkraut

1 Hotdog Bun or Piece of Rye Bread

It's the first day of June and the sun is shining, summer is here! Here's the perfect recipe to make at your next grill out or with any leftover brats from this past weekend's grill outs!

Grill your brat, fry your goetta crispy and prepare all other ingredients. Begin by spreading mustard on the bun, then add your Oktoberfest Brand Brat, top that with crispy goetta crumbles and sauerkraut. Serve and enjoy!

Huevos Rancheros with Glier's Goetta


1 Sunny Side Egg

2 Slices of Glier's Goetta 

1 Tbs Salsa

1 Small Tomato

2 Tbs Black Beans

1/3 Avocado 

Fresh Cilantro

Optional: Sea Salt, Cheese, Jalapeno

Here's a simple and delicious recipe that will satisfy your goetta cravings at any time of the day!

Directions: Fry 2 slices of Glier's Goetta (we used leftover slices) and one egg sunny side up. Fry one corn tortilla. Layer the goetta and egg on the corn tortilla. Then, add your toppings of choice. We chose black beans, avocado, tomato, salsa, cilantro, and sea salt. Serve and enjoy!

3 Slices Glier's Goetta

3 Pieces Bacon

1-2 Small Tomatoes


Ground Black Pepper



Cook bacon and goetta crispy. Then, toast two pieces of bread. Add mayo and ground black pepper to both pieces of toast. On one side layer lettuce and tomato, on the other layer goetta and bacon. Serve and enjoy!
