Italian Style Goetta Pull-Apart Loaf

4 Buttermilk Biscuits (or you can use bread dough)

3 Goetta Slices

1tbsp Butter

1/2 tsp Garlic

1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning

Optional: Fresh Basil Leaves

Here's a simple and delicious Italian Style Goetta Pull-Apart Loaf recipe. This and a side salad would be the perfect side dishes to our spaghetti and goetta meatballs recipe!

Directions:
Grease a bread pan and layer in the biscuits, goetta, and basil in a repeated pattern. Melt butter and combine with garlic and seasoning. Brush that on top of the loaf. Bake in the oven at 350 for about 20-30 minutes. Be sure to check on the loaf as it cooks and make sure that the dough is completely cooked when you remove it from the oven. Pull out the loaf gathering 1 piece of the biscuit, a leaf of basil, and a slice of goetta for each serving.

Makes a great garlic bread/breadstick replacement! Serve warm and enjoy.

Deep-Fried Goetta Mac N Cheese Balls

Goetta Mac N Cheese

3/4 cup Breadcrumbs/Cracker Crumbs

2 Eggs

2 Cups Vegetable Oil
Here's another take on the baked mac n cheese bites recipe!

Directions:
Heat the oil in a medium-sized pan. Crack two eggs and whisk them together in a small bowl. Roll the chilled goetta mac n cheese into small fist-sized balls. Dip into the eggs and then into the cracker/breadcrumbs. Carefully drop each ball into the oil, doing no more than a few at a time. Remove from the hot oil when the balls are golden brown. Have a plate lined with paper towels ready to place each ball onto when cooked. Once they have cooled off just a bit, plate, serve and enjoy.

Biscuits and Goetta Gravy

1 1/4 cup milk (may need more depending on preference, our gravy turned out very thick)

1 1/2 tbsp flour

3 slices Glier's Goetta

2 Biscuits

1/4 tsp poultry seasoning

1/4 tsp burger seasoning

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper
Biscuits and gravy just got a whole lot better!

Directions:
Fry goetta into crumbles. Slowly mix flour and milk and add in seasoning blend. Add the milk mixture into the pan with the fully cooked goetta crumbles. Mix on medium heat until it forms a gravy consistency. Add more milk and continue to mix until the consistency is how you like it. Serve over biscuits and enjoy.
