Goetta Quiche

1 roll Glier's Goetta, cooked, crumbled

1 cup cooked spinach (or whatever veggies you prefer)

1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese

5 eggs

2 cups half-and-half (or milk)

1 cup all-purpose baking mix

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place goetta in lightly greased 13x9-inch baking pan; top with veggies of choice (we used spinach) and 1 cup of the shredded cheese.

Beat eggs, half-and-half and baking mix with wire whisk until well blended. Pour over cheese.

Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Serve and enjoy!

Goetta Breakfast Cups

8 eggs

1 1⁄2 cups of cooked Glier's Goetta crumbles

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

salt and pepper to taste

optional: bell pepper, mushrooms, onions, spinach, bacon crumbles, tomatoes, etc.

Cook your goetta until it's crispy, then, using either a fork or your spatula, mash the goetta down into crumbles.

In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add your goetta crumbles, cheese, salt, pepper, and optional ingredients.

Mix until well combined.

Pour into greased muffin tins about 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Use a toothpick to check that the eggs are fully cooked.

Goetta Biscuits and Gravy Bake

12 oz refrigerated biscuit, 1 tube

1 lb cooked Glier's Goetta

6 eggs

½ cup milk

1.5 cup shredded cheese

salt and pepper to taste



4 tablespoons butter

4 tablespoons flour

2 cups milk

salt and pepper to taste


Makes 6 servings.

Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces.

In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, pepper, and salt.

For the gravy: melt the butter in a saucepan, over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper, and slowly add the 2 cups of milk. Increase to medium-high, bring to a simmer, stirring until gravy is thickened.

In a greased 9x13 glass baking dish, layer the biscuits, sausage, cheese, egg mixture, and gravy.

Bake at 350°F for 35-45 min.

Serve and enjoy!

Baked Goetta Balls

1  package Glier's Goetta (Hot or Original)

2.5 cups baking mix (recommended: Bisquick)

4 cups grated sharp Cheddar

1/8 tablespoon pepper


Dip Ingredients

1 cup Mayo

1 tbsp Mustard

1 tsp Horseradish (Optional)

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Form into small (about 1 inch) balls. The mixture should be a bit crumbly, so squeeze the mixture in your hands so it holds together as you roll it into balls. You can also use a cookie scoop to form balls.

Place the balls on the baking sheet.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Move the balls around with a spatula halfway through cooking to prevent sticking or burning.

To make the dip, simply combine the dip ingredients into a small bowl and serve with the balls.
