Deep-Fried Goetta Mac N Cheese Balls

Goetta Mac N Cheese
 
3/4 cup Breadcrumbs/Cracker Crumbs
 
2 Eggs
 
2 Cups Vegetable Oil
Here's another take on the baked mac n cheese bites recipe! 
 
Directions:
Heat the oil in a medium-sized pan. Crack two eggs and whisk them together in a small bowl. Roll the chilled goetta mac n cheese into small fist-sized balls. Dip into the eggs and then into the cracker/breadcrumbs. Carefully drop each ball into the oil, doing no more than a few at a time. Remove from the hot oil when the balls are golden brown. Have a plate lined with paper towels ready to place each ball onto when cooked. Once they have cooled off just a bit, plate, serve and enjoy.

Biscuits and Goetta Gravy

1 1/4 cup milk (may need more depending on preference, our gravy turned out very thick)
 
1 1/2 tbsp flour
 
3 slices Glier's Goetta
 
2 Biscuits
 
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
 
1/4 tsp burger seasoning
 
1/4 tsp salt
 
1/4 tsp pepper
Biscuits and gravy just got a whole lot better!
 
 
Directions:
Fry goetta into crumbles. Slowly mix flour and milk and add in seasoning blend. Add the milk mixture into the pan with the fully cooked goetta crumbles. Mix on medium heat until it forms a gravy consistency. Add more milk and continue to mix until the consistency is how you like it. Serve over biscuits and enjoy.

Goetta Croissant Ring

1 Croissant Roll
 
2/3 Roll Glier's Goetta
 
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
 
Tip: If you want the dough to be less spread out, double the recipe and use more dough!

Directions:
Prepare goetta crumbles. Pop croissant dough and place it on a sprayed baking sheet to form a circle. Layer the goetta down around the circle and sprinkle cheese on top. Then roll the croissant triangle up toward the inner circle. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Serve & enjoy!

Goetta Fried Rice

1 Cup Rice


1 Cup Frozen Veggies


1 Chopped Carrot


1 Chopped Celery Stalk


2 Tbs Chopped Onion


1 Tbs Olive Oil


1 Tsp Sesame Oil


1 1/2 Tbs Soy Sauce


1 Scrambled Egg


1/3 Roll Glier's Goetta


Optional: Peanuts or Green Onion for Garnish

Directions:
Chop fresh veggies and set aside. Prepare 1 cup of brown (or preferred) rice. Fry 1/3 roll of preferred Glier's Goetta (we used hot goetta). Scramble one egg. In a large frying pan or wok, add olive oil and sesame oil. Then add fresh veggies and let them cook until carrots are soft. Then add frozen veggies, scrambled egg, and Glier's Goetta. Once everything is combined, add in soy sauce. Cook until evenly heated. Remove from pan and add desired toppings. Serve & enjoy!
