2 Eggs

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Slice pepper into rings. (Tip: Usually a smaller pepper better contains the full egg and goetta slice). Spray a pan and put the pepper rings onto it. Flatten a raw slice of goetta to fit the inside of one of the rings and lay it into the pepper. Crack two eggs in the other two rings. Fry evenly on each side until your eggs are done to your liking. Goetta French Toast Roll-Ups

3-4 Eggs

12 Pieces of Bread

1 Tbsp Butter

2 Tbsp Milk

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup (Plus additional for dipping)

4 Slices Glier's Goetta

Optional: 1/3 cup Cinnamon Sugar

These sweet and savory french toast roll-ups are delicious and simple to make!

Directions: To make the roll-ups, cut the crust off of each piece of bread (but save the crust of mini french toast sticks with the leftover egg mixture!) Roll out the bread to make each piece thin and long. Fry the goetta crispy and mash it into a crumble. Mix together the eggs, maple syrup, and milk. Then take each piece of rolled out bread and add about a teaspoon of goetta crumbles. Roll it up. Add butter to a pan. Dunk each piece of bread into the egg mixture and fry it on the pan. Make sure to get all sides. Then, if you want, you can roll each piece into cinnamon sugar for extra sweetness. Serve warm with maple syrup and enjoy!
