Goetta Lasagna

1 Roll Glier's Goetta

1 Box Lasagna Noodles

1 Jar Tomato/Marinara Sauce

2 Cups Mozzarella

1 Cup Parmesan Cheese

2 Cups Ricotta or Cottage Cheese

1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning

This recipe is a winner for sure! Your whole family is sure to love every bite of this simple and delicious Glier's Goetta Lasagna. 



Cook lasagna noodles al dente. Fry goetta crumbles until crispy. Combine ricotta or cottage cheese with Italian seasoning. Then, begin to layer the lasagna, starting with the sauce. 


Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes, checking at the 30-minute mark. Once the top layer of cheese is golden brown, you know it's ready! Let sit for 10-15 minutes, then serve and enjoy.

Hot Goetta Crescent Bundles

1/2 roll Hot Glier's Goetta

1 roll Crescent Dough

4 oz Jalapeno Cream Cheese

This is such a simple, 3-ingredient recipe that is perfect for parties, a simple snack or just to satisfy your goetta cravings! 



Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Fry goetta crumbles until crispy.

Roll out crescent dough and cut into squares.

Stuff each square with a small spoonful of cream cheese and scoop of goetta crumbles.

Bundle the dough around the cream cheese and goetta to form a small bundle.

Bake in the oven for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve and enjoy!

Glier's Goetta Scalloped Potatoes

3/4 Roll Glier's Goetta

1 (540 mL) can sliced white potatoes

1 small onion

3 Tbsp unsalted butter

2 Tbsp all-purpose flour

1 cup 2% milk

1 cup shredded cheese

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Italian Seasoning

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Cut Glier's Goetta into slices (removing package first!) and fry the slices until crispy. While the goetta is frying, add butter to a medium-sized pan on high heat. Let melt then add in the diced onion. Cook until onion softens. 

Then, add in all-purpose flour.

Once goetta is fully-cooked, remove from pan and crumble with a fork.

Once the onion mixture is thick and golden brown, whisk in milk. Let cook for a few minutes at low-medium heat. Then, add in seasoning and potatoes. Mix well. Spray a cast-iron skillet with nonstick spray. Add potato mixture to the bottom of the skillet. Top with crispy Glier's Goetta crumbles.

Add cheese (cubed, sliced, or shredded) to the top. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and golden (about 10-15 minutes). Serve warm and enjoy!

Glier's Goetta Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole

1.5-2lbs Glier's Goetta (Hot or Original)

1 Cup Milk

1 Cup Shredded Cheese

6 Large Eggs

1 tsp Bagel Seasoning

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

3 Cups Frozen Tater Tots

Slice and fry goetta crispy. While that's cooking, whisk together eggs, milk, and seasoning. As the goetta gets crispy, start to crumble it using your spatula in the pan. Once fully cooked, begin to layer the casserole. Using a casserole dish start by laying down the goetta crumbles to evenly coat the bottom of the dish. Then, place the tater tots down on top of the goetta. Top with shredded cheese. Then, pour your egg mixture over the casserole to evenly coat. Bake in the oven at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until the eggs are set. Serve warm, and enjoy.
