Glier's Goetta Hash

1/2 Bell Pepper
3 Slices Glier's Goetta
2 Eggs
1 Tbs Olive Oil
2 Tbs Chopped Onion
1 Cup Chopped Potatoes (We used a Hash-brown and Potatoes O'Brien blend)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Back to the basics!

Directions: Chop pepper and onion, set aside. Fry and crumble 3 slices of Goetta. We used Turkey Goetta but any Glier's Goetta works. Heat olive oil in a pan. Combine all ingredients slowly, starting with the onions and peppers to give them time to cook. Add 2 sunny side up eggs on top. Serve & enjoy!

Goetta Quesadilla

Ingredients (makes 3):

3 Tortillas

6 Slices Colby Jack Cheese

1 Roll Goetta

1/2 Cup Black Beans

1 Cup Salsa

Late lunch? Early dinner? Midnight snack? This Glier's Goetta Quesadilla is delicious anytime of the day! All you need is your favorite type of Glier's Goetta, a couple of tortillas, your favorite cheese and whatever toppings or dips you want! We added black beans but you could also add tomatoes, lettuce, guacamole, refried beans, or whatever you have on hand!

Turkey Goetta Breakfast Tacos

-Turkey Goetta (one slice per taco)
-Corn Tortillas
-Diced Potatoes (We used frozen)
-Shredded Cheese

-Fry Turkey Goetta until crispy. Crumble goetta to use as taco topping. Scramble eggs and pan-fry potatoes. Fry corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side, or until desired crispy-ness, assemble tacos. Top with cheese, salsa, avocado, sour cream, or any of your other favorite toppings.

1 lb Glier's Goetta
1/8 cup Brown Sugar
1/8 cup Mustard
1/2 cup Ketchup
Hamburger Buns

Single Serving:
1/3 roll Glier's Goetta
3 tbsp Ketchup
1 tsp Mustard
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Hamburger Bun
