Directions: Combine cooked goetta, cream cheese, spinach, seasonings, and half of the shredded cheese. Slice zucchini in half and scoop out most of the inside, leaving a boat to fill with the goetta stuffing. Fill with the stuffing and sprinkle the remainder of the cheese onto each boat. Bake in the oven at 375° for 12-15 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!

1 Zucchini
1/2 cup Cream Cheese
1/3 cup Italian Cheese Blend
1/2 cup Glier's Goetta Crumbles
1/3 cup Fresh Chopped Spinach
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
